To better serve the needs of Oil and Gas industry, I maintain my records through the use of a database and employ modem communications. This enables me to maintain organization and keep the client up to date throughout all phases of a prospect.
In the final analysis, computers and modems are of great benefit, however, nothing can take the place of good, hard work.

I do Land Work in the Gulf Coastal States of Alabama, Louisiana , Mississippi and East Texas. I have over fifteen (15) years experience in all phases of land work including setting up prospects and running brokers.
Living in Baton Rouge, I can readily access the offices of the Department of Conservation and the Department of Enviromental Quality for prospects in Louisiana.
